Revitalisation of CRIN Bakery

The bakery of the Institute, the first of its kind in the production of cocoa bread, commenced production on June 7, 2022. This edifice has suffered neglect as a result of brazen mismanagement. The visionary Executive Director of the Institute, Dr. Patrick Adebola, took up the gauntlet, equipped the edifice with modern facilities and ensured that production commenced full scale at the bakery. It is strictly managed on Public Private Partnership (PPP) with the Institute’s Cooperative Investment and Credit Society (CI&CS) for optimum dividend. All machineries have been set in motion and the improved brand of the product
has been rolled out.
